How Therapy With Me Works
Integrative And Culturally Sensitive Therapy
Personalized therapy for adults, women, adolescents
The benefits of therapy that’s tailored to your needs
Having therapy that spans multiple modalities is crucial in crafting a treatment plan that’s practical, deeply personal, and relevant to each individual.
It’s like having a toolbox where each tool is selected carefully to fit the unique contours of your life and challenges.
My approach ensures that therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution but a tailored journey that respects and responds to your specific needs, background, and personal experiences.
By drawing from a broad spectrum of proven therapies, I combine the best aspects of each to create a comprehensive plan that addresses your concerns at their roots, promotes healing, and facilitates more effective growth.
Making your path to wellness more engaging, meaningful, and, most importantly, transformative.
What Your Therapy Looks Like
During your clarity call we will decide if outpatient psychotherapy is the best option for you. If it is, we will schedule a first appointment that lasts between 60 to 75 minutes. Dr. Seema can provide guidance on seeking the best treatment option in case she determines that you need a higher level of care.
If we decide to work together in therapy, follow-up appointments are scheduled within 7-14 days of the first intake session.
Follow-up appointments typically last 45 to 60 minutes. We'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs during these sessions, drawing from various therapy techniques. The plan is dynamic, meaning we adjust it based on your feedback and progress.
You'll have access to a client portal for ongoing communication, allowing us to maintain momentum between sessions. I provide resources like workbooks and audio exercises that you can use between sessions.
If you need assistance from other medical professionals during our time together, I have a wide network to refer you to so that you get the appropriate level of support you need.
